Kinda doubt humans came up with a more efficient, more environmentally friendly way of creating "meat" than ungulates whose entire existence is a testament to how they evolved to efficiently turn cellulose (the most abundant biomass on the planet) into highly digestible animal tissue. These guys are working on innovative ways to get nutrients to the cells at a low cost ...but again, cows can already take grass and turn that into meat. Also I wouldn't want to eat meat where the oxidation resistant saturated fats were (excessively) replaced with very easy to oxidize omega-3's. Nice voiceover, editing and presentation, though.
