Don't disparage rats!!!!!! Rats can vote in California. Build new housing for the homeless... so they can tear up and trash those places too? Sorry, but I've seen it happen MANY, MANY times before. A lot of these people ARE NOT CAPABLE of taking care of themselves. Throwing money at the housing problem without addressing the underlying causes is the usual democrat solution. Kudos to the people who took it upon themselves to clean up.... but, how many HOMELESS people pitched in to help? Were there any?
