Weeeeeee........... here we go. Remember, this is the crowd that said they wouldn't mind paying higher taxes for free college education or free healthcare. They never consider that they ARE still paying for it with higher taxes. Nice smoke and mirrors job there liberals!

@brockparker8756 Not exactly. You're speaking of businesses being able to pass on higher expenses to customers. Personal income is different. The richest 20% don't pay much tax because they can afford to hire tax lawyers and accountants to avail themselves of all of the loopholes and write-offs Congress writes into tax laws to benefit themselves, their business associates, and their friends. Middle/ working class people can rarely get such tax relief, so they just have to pay.

That's how they get out of paying. These loopholes were created by Congress.... both republican and democrat.

@deadLEE15 That's where you're wrong. Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerburg have armies of tax lawyers and accountants to make sure THEY don't have to pay much in taxes... or at least in proportion to their income as the average working Joe does. Poor average Joe cant afford tax lawyers. Your Congress, both democrat and republican, wrote in enough loopholes to keep them and their lobbyist friends happy.
