  1. Concentration camps: Camps full of fearful people from inside your country who, through no fault of their own, would LOVE to leave but aren't allowed to. Detention centers: Camps full of foreign people who want to come into your country so bad that they will break the law to do it... and drag their children along with them. The operative words being "BREAK THE LAW"... hence, detention is required. Illegal immigrants: People who like your country better than theirs and don't give a rat's a$$ about your borders, or laws, or gaming the system. When a better situation comes along elsewhere, they're off again to nation shop. Refugees: People fleeing war, famine, disease, or natural disaster and are happy to TEMPORARILY locate in the nearest place of relief as prescribed by law.
