  1. Hmmmmm....... make it possible for young, able-bodied people to live without working and we are concerned that they aren't working? If the government didn't subsidize them, they would work..... like we do/did. These days, if you don't want to work, the government will give you money, food, healthcare, and a place to live, all while calling it a "human right". The US has become a paradise for the critically unmotivated and terminally lazy. Beware though, if you don't give them the same level and quality of money, food, healthcare, and housing as people who work, they will consider themselves as "oppressed".
