@lawaynejamison6408 The "Body of Evidence" does not mean there has to be someone with an injured arm, a broken window, or what have you. Think of a DUI charge. Officer pulls the person over for driving erratically. The driver fails a field sobriety test and blows a .20 on the BAC. These facts, and nowadays the video, are the body of evidence. The aggrieved party is the State, which is acting for on behalf of the people. Voila. Busted for DUI. Same drill for these guys, but various weapons charges.

There were a wide variety of weapons charges. Following upon this, both Jahmal and one of his followers have a variety of other charges on those two from Rhode Island as well.

@KingDye Well, they've embarrassed the living H*** out of themselves, not to mention the fact they've spent 5 months in jail at this time. Those without priors or ongoing cases have been ROR'd, but the last 4 are still held. All their "Representatives", legal "Experts", "Supreme Judges", the "Consular General", and even King El himself. All demanded the release of these guys. Most wound up in jail themselves for violating probation, threatenting the Judge, what have you. To me, the funniest of all was when "Consular General Lamont El" and his entourage of Enforcers and Legal Experts all showed up at the Camden Courthouse. Gonna take care 'o BidNiFF, you see. Had three of their cars towed right there in the parking lot, while they waved their fake paperwork around. False plates, no insurance, no driver's licenses. Two were arrested for weapons charges. 5-6 citations issued. It was hysterical. Openly the best Comedy Show I've seen in years. Couldn't even make it out of the parking lot. Literally.

Oh, exactly, Jane. -And, I think this is all likely sinking in to poor 'ol Jahmal by now. I mean, he's been locked up for just under a year now. His wife, Julisa, is likely headed to jail as well (likely only 14-90 days or what have you). Purportedly she's about to lose their house to foreclosure. Noting, that is just rumor. But, yep. Essentially no one has done anything (to speak of) to try to assist them. All of Jahmal's court filings have been dismissed, and at some point their trials will get going here. Looking at being lifetime felons.

Five months in the lock-up now... 'bout time for the DA to be offering them a deal for "Time served, psych counseling for a year or so, and 3 years probation" or something along those lines. I don't know. It could very well be real, but even if it is. It's well over 200 years old, deals with international shipping issues in the days of sailing ships; and deals with issues on the open seas and in ports. Which; in/of itself, from Morocco to the United States. -And.... Drum roll... This means the USA is fully recognized and past this, Morocco was seized by the French and no longer existed decades ago. Your history is a bit mixed up, I believe. The true Moroccans occupied parts of Southern Europe (mostly Spain) for a few hundred years. Roughly 1,100 to 1,492. They were actually fairly advanced for the time. The Europeans slowed won out over the years, ultimately kicking them out in 1,492. They, and the Ottoman Empire, retaliated by cutting off the land routes to India/China, basically halting overland trade. Queen Isabella then turned to this guy named "Columbus" to see if he reaaaallllly thought he could make it to India by ship via sailing West. He did so, but ran into a really, really large land mass along the way which would ultimately be named the "America's".

Man... Nothing Jahmal said came true. He and his followers were locked up, just as if they were CRIMINALS ! MY GOD ! CRIMINALS !!!! Then, all his counter-suits and lawsuits were laughed out of court. Every single one was dismissed. I read two of them; they appeared to have been written by a delusional, stoned, high school dropout. Then.... None of the other Moors ever did a thing. White, black, brown, yellow, red. Just common terms. -And so what if I am a hybrid of whatever group ? I am still a United States citizen, and still bound by its laws. Actually, even if I am not a U.S. citizen, I am still bound by U.S. law when I'm in the U.S.A. All countries work like that.

Yes, we have seen the middle class cut in half. A good chunk went up; and a good chunk went down. Part of that is just a natural offshoot of going from the Industrial Age to the Information Age, but the horrible tax law choices made in the early-80's exacerbated this issue. And, yes, our country ("Our" again meaning all of us) was founded on a solid middle class. No, our country is not destroyed, far from it. As to our debt relative to GDP. Yeah; it's pretty dang high. Wish it were lower. There are some issues there..... 'course then again, the USA has done awfully well historically in addressing issues. Used to be everyone would stand up and fight for what is right. WWII being a great example. After the mid-80's or so.... Changing demographics, and few care. That part is not good. Then again. Back to the anti-gov folks... Yeah, well, we've been there before. I seem to recall the southern third of the country trying this same gambit right at 160 years ago. Ended badly for them. Some signed agreements recognizing the court system and were released on bail, awaiting trial. The other half... Wow.... 7 months now. No house, no spouse, no car, no job. No anything; other than the warm embrace of their cellmate. Ah well, so it goes ! It's something to laugh at. Actually, it's pure Comedy Gold.

The people of Massachusetts are the injured party; since these ROTM folks violated a wide variety of Mass firearms laws. As with a drunken driver; the goal is to stop them BEFORE they harm someone. I mean think about it. You go on a picnic with your family. I start engaging in target practice, with the target five feet from you/your children. You'd be fine with that, right ? I mean, as long as I don't hit one of you; it's all good, isn't it ? Then, on your drive home, I'll be driving in the lane next to you with a BAC of .20; basically drunk off my rear. My God. Now even the Consular General and his personal security man have been arrested. First it was the Amexem Supreme Judges and Lead Empresses. Pauline Ritchie and Sharon Gale. Then, King El. Then Private Attorney General Anthony Williams. Several National Grand Sheiks. Pretty much the entire militia, along with NGS Latimer. Now ? The Consular General himself. He previously spent 5 years in the lock-up on a variety of robbery and fraud charges; yet now... Well, it seems to be that he is looking at another felony, most likely for being a felon in possession of a firearm. What is the Moorish militia going to do about all this ? These are grievous, repeated, grossly excessive offenses against the absolute highest ranking officials in all of Amexem. Even the King himself !!!!
