  1. The vast majority of the population of our wonderful country are descended from serfs, peasants and yoemen. We had nothing to do with the Empire. That was owned, and run for the benefit of the aristocrats. Those same aristocrats kept the serfs, peasants and yoemen in poverty and servitude, and they are still living high lifes on the back of that evil regime. It was the serfs, peasants and yoemen that served in the navy, and without prejudice destroyed the mechanisms and purportrators of the slave trade, having shed their blood to win their own freedom from the oppression of the feudalism that this government are hell bent on returning us to. If you want to blame anyone for the rotton business of Empire, start by disbanding the monarchy, and work you way down. Keep squeezing them until the pips stop squeeking.
