@nandodando9695 There is a proportion of migrants that are just here for what they can get, but it is not the majority. Hopefully that minority will realise that our ports and airports are also egresses.

My mum was born in Germany to an Austrian father and German mother. My father claimed to be ¼ Irish. I was born in England, I am English. I do not identify with colonial Britain, and I am pleased that my people, voted to abolish the empire. My ancestors were sailors and fought battles against slavers. My father and uncles were in the forces in ww2, while my aunts built Spitfires in Reading. I am proud of their efforts to defeat an enemy of freedom. My maternal grandfather died as a wehrmacht Dr. in Stalingrad. I am proud that he sacrificed his life trying to save others fighting for what they believed in. My opinion of war is that it is just a business that makes the elite richer. My nation is just a line drawn on a map denoting the realm of an elite ruler not elected by me. What I am proud of about being English, is my tribes' inherent goodness and humanity. I think we have that because we are an island folk and welcome settlers, but stand as one force to repel invaders. I am proud that we know the difference. We must act on this instinct.
