@dirkvanschalkwyk1919 I am glad your amygdala is energised. I would definitely describe myself as an anachist of the Noam Chomsky school of thought. Playing devils advocate is a rather nebulous term, but I look at all sides of an issue. My opinions are formed not learnt.

There is not the left and the right. It is a spectrum. The has two meanings. One is a reference to a subject noun previously mentioned. The other is a unique noun. There are not only absolutes. If you only think in absolutes, on and off, you are a, not very bright, light bulb.

@evolassunglasses4673 The point is there have not been any (proper) left wing governments for decades. The centre left does not support every extremist views, they follow the desires of the electorate. The power is currently with the centre right wing. So called "leftists" are not in power. Therefore those in power are enabling these woke extremists. Ask yourself why, not whom is doing this. Of course it's the money.
