  1. This is bad advice. No offence, man. If she's toxic, and you are clear in your mind that she is (if she is deliberately lowering your self esteem with lies, betrayal, triangulation, etc.) just dump her and walk away, and don't look back. Cut ties immediately. Don't play submissive games. That is lame. (Unless she actually has your family as prisoners and is torturing them). Then strategize on how not to enter that kind of toxic relationship with the next one. Know the red flags. Know the deal breakers. Respond accordingly.
