  1. What do I think? I think Merrick Garland is committing a crime in NOT investigating, with indictments and subpoenas and special prosecutors. I think there is no damn reason, after all we know and almost 14 months, that he’s done nothing. Either he’s been bought, or compromised, or is part of a Federalist Society conspiracy, or is the weakest, most cowardly Attorney General in history. I await reasons to think otherwise.
