  10. They literally need to eat in order to survive. And they have no choice except to eat other animals, as they are carnivores. Also "protect wildife"? You realise hyenas ARE wildlife, right? And killing off hyenas will be detrimental to the ecosystem. They aren't invasive animals, they are native to Africa. Also, lions, leopards, cheetah and other predators will also kill humans if given the chance (plus, they also eat other animals in order to survive): should they be "culled", as well?

And everything we know about hyenas comes from people who study them in the wild. And spotted hyenas are literally known for having one of the strongest bites out there.   45.  @ziakhan6256  Video like this exist primarilly to help us learn about the natural world. The people making these videos aren't sadist who are abusing the animals in any way, they are simply recording what happens every day in the wild. People who make the sorts of videos are usually referred to as "wildlife photographers" or "wildlife videographers". Also: if animals like leopards, lions, etc didn't kill and eat other animals, they would starve. And predators are just as useful as any other animal out there, since they help to control the population of other species, which would otherwise be detrimental if said population got to high since it would result in the animals eating all the plants, which would then cause other animals to starve due to having no food.
