The fact is, absolutely none of this has anything to do with whether Donald Trump is guilty of the crimes he is charged with, and this particular issue about her relationship is utterly meaningless in relation to it. He is a respected lawyer and was appointed on merit and how he spends his money is up to him.

By your definition, the nuclear football codes become declassified every time he leaves the White House. Who is feeding you this obvious nonsense? And anyway, the classification status isn't strictly relevant to the laws being investigated. Sure, they wouldn't follow up if they weren't classified or sensitive documents, but from a purely legal perspective, it does not technology matter.
