  1. This is an easy problem to solve. Place taxes on corporations based on how they distribute wealth. The tax rate would scale based on a ratio between incoming funds, number of employees, and how much they get paid. If a company has large profits that get distributed to a few people (or a few people disproportionately) then they get taxed more. The actual tax rate scale would be determined in a way that encourages a healthier distribution of wealth throughout society. Eg top 1% can only hold a max of 5% of wealth or what ever society chooses to be fair and economically viable. Super simple.
