  1. This isn’t just a software thing… this is a design thing. Any time you have anything useful, a machine, a process, software, ui, anything, it enables the next better thing, and achieving that next better thing will make the enabler redundant and old and not pleasant to work with in comparison. So we should always plan for old stuff to be replaced continuously.
