  2. 11:48 it’s not that 90% of people are really stupid, it’s that 80%-90% of people are just really average. Not in desire, but technical prowess at their chosen field. Unfortunately, if you don’t expand your skillset and remain in the top 90% in those skillsets as you rise in the corporate ladder, you are going to lack the skills to reason effectively about the cross-domain solutions on offer. Decision making will be based on the most understandable idea or based on political power. Also, most people really seem to struggle with future think and understanding large prerequisites to get to some future state in say 5-10 years.
