Elon and his robots are not going to change this but will make things even worse. Slashing debt is fine, but not at the expense of a functioning government.   2. I don't agree with Wolff. He has some good points but they seem outdated. China is also in economic trouble. As is Russia. Continuing to squeeze Russia will lead to its collapse. And quite possibly the creation of splintered countries which would be a boon for investment. There is nothing to gain financially with authoritarian regimes. As for South America they are all walking in eggshells. The social instability there is not factored into his assessment as is environmental and climate impacts. The advantage of 8nvesting in the west was STABILITY. Before Trump, of course. Was Biden the best president? Of course not. We ALL knew he was a transitional president. Why he tried to run a 2nd term i will never understand. The Democratic party in the US needs to shed its old school leaders ASAP. The younger generations are done with the 65+ crowd. Like done. And they need to go ASAP
