  2.  @francisdaniel3588  yes I do know what assault. Do you know what self defense is? That's what happens after you assault. So the staff was defending themselves from an obviously distressed and aggressive person.

  6. Stop defending customers that act like this. Start defending your staff. I get touched as a staff member, I am seriously taking out the customer. There has to be a line.
