  1. I recognize the issue of translating a mental model to language someone else can understand, but there are tools for that too, and that translation CAN be a good way to find issues with the model. Personally, I'd love to occasionally pair program/design, especially when starting something new / big, but no one else in my team has the same skillset, nor is interested in learning (/is under time crunch), so alone I drudge on.
