There are two definit ways to cut homelessness significantly but they would never happen because of government and people's greed. 1)law making it landlords can charge no more than 100 dollars per bedroom. 2)a law that all landlords must put all rent invested into their property into a high interest bank account, when the tenant moves or is evicted the landlord pays back every penny the tenant invested into their property, the landlord keeps the interest on the account. If the landlord refuses to return the tenants investment into their property, the tenant gains full legal ownership of said property free and clear of all debts incurred against said property for all the money the tenant invested into the property.

The funny thing is that when Rich people die they are the same as every poor person 😂🤣😂 they can't take their worthless peices of paper,chunks of metal with them 😂🤣😂🤣😂.

  8. Pet rents,pet fees, should be outlawed globally they should be treated legally as forms of extortion, racketeering, and predatory practices, tenants already pay damage deposits. Why should a tenant have to pay a landlord for their own property. No landlord should have any legal right to deny any tenant from having pets or extort them for their pets. What's next are criminals calling themselves officials going to allow parasites calling themselves landlords to extort people charging 50 dollars per piece of furniture or item of clothing they own.

  9. The reason is that government and states make profit off criminalizing people, through incarceration, fines,fees, charities. They make millions in profit off homeless so why would they want to give up their gravy train. People need to stop giving to corporate charities and give to the homeless people themselves stop making these rich people richer through charity organizations.
