  2. What's fkd up in this country is disabled people/people who are on social security who have children cannot claim the child tax credit though they pay taxes on everything to do with their children as anyone else in the country.

What they need to do is make a law that child support is handled by a worker/payee when the parent gets child support they need something for the child/children they go to the worker for the money and provide receipts for what the money was spent on. The child support money shouldn't go directly to the mother getting it to make sure the money is being spent on the child and not the mothers wants.

  4. The women chose to leave the father their own choice,the father shouldn't have to pay child support, child support should only pertain to looser dads who leave their wives and children abandoning them.
