  1. Instead of attacking and terrorizing homeless American citizens, they should be going after landlords instead of aiding and abetting them in their crimes, extortion, grand larceny, racketeering, predatory practices, domestic terrorism.

A law should be made that all landlords put all rent invested into their property into a high interest bank account, when the tenant/investor moves or is evicted the landlord pays back every penny the tenant invested into their property, the landlord keeps the interest. If the landlord refuses to return the tenants investment, the tenant gains full legal ownership of said property free and clear of all debts incurred against said property.
