No one is prioritizing DEI over their job, you have no evidence or basus for saying that, you just want someone to blame. Your leaders probably did fail you, but the fault is with the state and the fossil fuel industry, this has nothing to do with diversity. You're never going to get justice by ignoring the real problems and focusing on a scapegoat. DEI is a scapegoat, and you're being misled. No one unqualified is hired because of DEI, you have no lived experience of this happening and you are ignoring reality. You're just wrong and want easy answers.
