I wasn't trying to engage in whataboutism, merely trying to point out that conservative are doing exactly what you are describing but in real life, instead of on social media. They are trying to dictate how we should all live speak and act, and the consequences are far more dire than the Twitter demographic encouraging everyone to be woke and respectfully and considerate of others.

Trust me dude, you're probably so straight and vanilla that no one LGBTQ would be attracted to you. But you can still treat us with dignity and respect, if you don't understand why we have pride month then maybe think for yourself and learn some history, the information is freely available. Your hero is too lazy or dishonest to learn the history of pride, maybe don't listen to him on this one and do your thinking for yourself for a change. You'll be all the smarter for it. He's a second rate professor who talks like he is more intelligent than he actually is. I bet you are just as smart and could articulate your thoughts even more effectively if you just had some confidence in yourself.
