Progressives want to implement common sense policies that directly address these issues, like ending poverty, which isn't even a radical position to take. In what way would ending poverty make things worse? Do you even have an example of anyone doing that, trying to make things better and then making it worse and not admitting it?

There are ideas and ideologies worth believing in, worth striving for. You're correct that none are represented on the ballot, except for Jill Stein and the green party, but there are still ways you can exercise your power and join collective action to make the world a better place. Don't give up, history has always proven that people are capable of joining together to make things better.

Conservatives say they want common sense regulations and to not stifle innovation, but most of the regulations they actually get rid of when in office are not stifling innovation, they are usually keeping people safe but cutting into the bottom line of the corporations who pay them through lobbyists. And what do you even mean by progressives spending resources to push culture faster? When has that ever actually happened? What does that actually look like exactly? And when you say progressives you're actually talking about the Democrats right? Sorry for so many questions but...I'm not convinced any of the examples you gave are things that actually happen, it feels like you are judging both parties based on what they say, not what they do.
