Ian, when is the Haiti gangster island thriller going to get off the best seller list? It seems to be a place that ends up in the same stand-off-mode after a new PM gets in and either gets assassinated or has to ditch the island before the bullets of voodoo politics take him out. Isn't it time for Haiti to be dismantled as a soveign country in some way or form and make it into a nature reserve?
