One thing we don't hear from the WHO and that is to think about the one thing that can make catching COVID less dangerous: getting in good shape and sleeping normally and eating good foods and using recreational 'good-time-amplifiers' moderately. We can all live like we've always done, but being in top form and not overdoing it has tremendous all-around benefits. What we have to accept and don't want to acknowledge is that we are confronted with a virus that keeps mutating its way towards infecting more and moe people. So; what we have to do is to realize that the only thing sensible to do is use masks in public places until the last of the Covid variants have played themselves out.
