  1. Mr Bremer, you are a voice of wisdom in this increasingly expanding war in Ukraine. I live 2,000 kilometers from Kiev and it seems like it is getting closer by the day. I have no experience in international affairs; I am an artist and an armchair strategist. I see things this way. Ukraine is going to take back all of its territory including Crimea and the land it annexed in 2014. They will do this by being better fighters, because they are fighting for their own country. What is worrying about my prediction is that driving the Russians out of the Ukraine won't stop there. They will re-group and have to make up for this terrible humiliation of being out-foxed by a renegade province. They will have to save face. Ian, I don't know if that means bringing the war to Poland and the Baltic States, but they won't accept being defeated by an outlier country. It's an opinion. Lastly, I think the Russians will see their loss becoming clear to them in the battle of Mariupol. The Ukrainians are masters of urban warfare and Mariupol can only be won fighting building by building. What do you see for this conflict at Easter of 2023?
