What we must take away from this is that this is not the last time explorers will meet danger that turns into disaster. Backup systems have to be in place as well. There should have been a submersible with a backup crew ready to dive in the same area on a sister ship. But we all know what's going on here; we're human and an adventure like that is what makes some people tick; it's the only thing that makes sense for them in life: to risk it all for the thrills of cheating death...
