We can imagine that foreign espionage reseachers could have also discovered a way to send pulsed micro-wave energy that would be virtually indistinguishable to present-day sensors. What needs to be invented quickly is a radar system that allows pulsed micro-wave energy or other wave energy detectable by being able to pick out the directed energy source. To my way of thinking; no one was making up being affected in those embassies.
