  1. Excellent presentation, Sabine! But it frightens me for one very big reason. As adolescents, kids' dreams can be so real that they are believable. I think all medications should wait until a person reaches 21 years old. Even 21 is young, too young, for some minds, but it would at least let kids go through adolescence and have time to think and think again and think again. You do not want to do things to your body that you cannot undo. The human body is the most perfect biological machine in the universe and it should be respected at all costs from surgical or medical intervention that would cause it to be altered. I have nothing against someone being trans, but I think one should wait until at least 21 years before they do something to themselves that can never be changed back. Some problems do not have easy answers, but I know that fate is on our side if we just give ourselves enough time to work out what is going on inside our heads.
