Thank you for this videocast, How can it be or what would be the reason for allowing people to steal brazenly? What is the rational behind not even having store employees or security guards unable to apprehend thieves? Isn’t San Francisco inviting people to commit crimes in the city without any fear of retribution? The dystopian nature of your honest reporting of your city is troubling to say the least.
