I think this trade by Pfizer's CEO is so outrageous and so incriminatory that no blow-back from Pfizer will ever dispell the notion that this was done deliberately and premeditatively because of profits that could be earned by selling the stock in a bull market surge. No one is going to believe for a minute that this was a coincidence. No one.

In less than 3 minutes you have pointed out that Sam's parents were involved in his company to an extent that it could be that they get sent to jail themselves. Whatever happened in Sam's company, what should have been a wonderful experience with a golden boy of finance being skyrocketed to the international world of business, it is everything but a story with a happy ending. Peoples' lives have been destroyed by the top people in the company being dishonest.
