Dear Neil and Ms Powell, Thank you Neil for consistently good interviews on your show. Thank you Ms Powell for your analysis. May I say a few things? What is wrong with this picture? A witness who is hiding out on the US east coast who was in the room at the time of the alleged sexual aggression has not been called to testify. If someone saw an accident between two drivers, can we really imagine a prosecuting attorney would not call the witness (in this case Mark Judge) to testify under oath? Especially with the fact that Kavanaugh’s only response is that he wasn’t there. It is not logical not to call the third person in the room. If Kavanaugh makes it to the Supreme Court, he will have a ball and chain of ugly accusations tied to him for as long as he lives. Under oath, his (Mark Judge's) memory might come back. Let’s not forget, Mark Judge is alleged to be the one who saved Dr Fox from being sexually aggressed. Lastly, there is something wrong with Judge Kavanaugh’s testimony saying he was a virgin for many years after HS. The church, school and study all the time alibi does not fly. Dr Fox’s testimony comes across as rock solid. No-one, not even a professional actress could act that well. If it were made up, anyone could pick it up. Dr Fox’s testimony resonates true. What are they afraid of to put this thing to rest and do an investigation?
