What is remarkable in the example of the unvaccinated teacher spreading the Delta variant of Covid-19 of just how contagious the new variant is. It literally takes off in the air and people a few feet away get infected immediately. It's more frightening than anything else and it makes the coming flu season look like something we had all better realize is going to need us all wearing masks and getting enough sleep and taking time off to rest. One small thing people can do is that when you get home from doing anything, if you take a few minutes to relax before going into the next task, it gives your body time to recover. We have to remember that the virus is going to attack the weakest parts of our defense system. If you're prone to getting lung infections, you can bet you're going to get infected there first. We have to realize this thing is going to be with us till next spring and warm weather comes back, but we can't be sure of anything, can we?
