  1. Dear Dr Campbell, I'm coming in at 13 h 46. You have just asked your audience if we think this pandemic was completely preventable. My mind automatically goes to Vice-President Hu of Taiwan, I could be wrong in his name, but he said, when the Taiwanese government heard the epidemic had started in China, they immediately went into lockdown. Dr Campbell, you have pointed out enough information for any layperson watching to interpret in black and white: the WHO was not doing their job. One wants to find a plausible reason; one seeks to try to justify the WHO directives; one concludes in realizing that there was a missed opportunity to avoid a globale pandemic. You show us unequivocally, that the WHO knew an epidemic had broken out and yet they did nothing to alert the world community. This translates out to mean that a great number of deaths and an economic crisis of global proportions could have been avoided.
