Our economic system will make companies like 3M dump carcinogenic waste material from factories into rivers that end up down stream in people's drinking water and Pfifer will allow employees to unload stock on insider trading because the bottom line. You see, profits are more important than people's lives in capitalism. Our economic system is a joke. We have about 5 thousand traders determining what stocks should sell for while they themselves are scraping off trillions of dollars in bonuses and it'sall at our expense. Half the world is poor and without clean drinking water nevermind enough food to eat and no one bats an eye. When are we going to realize that we cannot let moneymen and increased profits be the soundtrack to our societies?
