  1. Hearing Dr Campbell on this vocast, in a way I wish I had followed Dr Campbell's advice. I had my 2nd jab two months ago making it 4 vaccines in total since the pandemic began. It sounds like we didn't really need a 4th dose, but I am a singer in the requirement age and what I have seen that Covid does to the lungs made me take my own doctors advice and go for the 4th jab. It is probably a coincidence, but I had flu-like systoms for what seemed like weeks after the 4th dose. However, I was taking a Hammas every week and a Doctor in the Hammas told me it was the worst place in the world to be to catch the flu or colds or Covid because of the humid air staying full of the molecules from people coughing. Moving on, some friends I know who never took any vaccines and even caught Covid seem to have come out of it okay. But to me they were playing with fire. One friend I know has memory loss who caught Covid. You don't know what's right sometimes with everything that's going around, but I still think taking the vaccines was better than ever having long-Covid and its list of symptoms as long as your arm.
