If I could ever add anything to a Dr Campbell vocast and his educated analyses and top notch medical advice, I would say I overwhelmingly agree with Vitamin D which according to Dr Campbell is now absolutely proven to be helpful in combatting the Covid-19 infections, but I do not agree with taking the Vitamin D pill. One will get the same---and I say much better results---of absorbing Vitamin D by going outdoors as much as possible in fair and yes, even overcast weather. It's the same for Vitamin C. I remember being in Paris long ago and going into a pharmacy and asking for Vitamin C. The pharmacist asked me why, and I said that I keep getting colds. She said, why not eat an orange? I suddenly realized that I was not eating enough fruit. The sun is turned on every day and it shines through the clouds. Eat fruit and get out for a walk in the daytime and getting through this part of the pandemic will literally be (pun intended) a walk in the park...
