Dear Mr Patrick B. David, You are a light in the darkness for so many people I think we ought to start calling you flash, short for flashlight! Okay, my humor is rusty because I'm too... you guessed it: isolated. So; over here in Europe we have news that a new strain of virus ten times or more contageous has closed down the UK. What does this mean? More isolation. Right. So; what's the clear path through the isolation that will have us all climbing the walls until late March of next year? I'll tell you how I have dealt with isolation; Pat, you've got to be your own best friend in life at times and this is one of those times. What do I mean by that? I mean you've got to treat yourself like you treat your best friend and that means doing everything you can to feel good. Want to know one way to knock negative thoughts out of the park? Every single time you think of one negative thought, imediately think of three positive ones. What do I mean by that? Okay; you hear your auto-critic say you don't look as cool as Patrick Bet-David! Well, you say to yourself: Yeah, he looks great, but I play a mean guitar, I can sing and I cook a great omelette. It's how I get through the isolation - Peace!
