Stan Fridman, a retired nuclear physicist and recently retired and highly respected UFO researcher put his research tools to use and fact-checked Lazar's story. Lazar said he got a Masters in Physics at MIT, but that the CIA had erased his records. Stan went to work and interviewed people at MIT and no one had ever heard of him. Stan then found Lazar's high school and got to check his records: he graduated in the lower third of his high school graduating class. This was a red flag if their ever was one. Would anyone graduating at that level from high school even be considered to be MIT material? It's very doubtful. Lastly, would the US Government hire someone without a university degree to back engineer the most advanced spacecraft ever known to man? How would someone with Lazar's capabilities be even asked to work in a top secret installation? To Bob Lazar's credit, Stan said that he never varied in his story, but Stan Fridman did not believe Lazar's story and nor do I. What I find difficult in the Bob Lazar story is why on Earth would anyone lie about their educational pursuits? Imagine if it was found out Lex Fridman really never got a Ph.d from MIT, and he said the CIA erased his records. Lastly, everyone in the world wants Bob Lazar's story to be true, but it does not add up. It's an opinion.

@filbertovandette GGGGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. I'm paraphrasing Stand Fridman. His comments are all over the internet.

@eveeaen Thanks and as someone who believes in the scientific method of weighing experience from evidence, I'm open to every explanation. I have heard Lazar refuses to take a lie detector test, but I don't have the link and even that would not stand up in a court of law. What we know is that when one claims extrodinary claims one needs extraordinary evidence. The red flag for me is graduating in the lower third of his HS graduating class--if Stan's research was right. There are a lot of ifs in this case, but my gut feeling is that Lazar believes what he thinks happened in his mind, now whether it did or not is never going to be proven to any degree of certainty.

@zootsoot2006 GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. I am paraphrasing Stan Fridman's research on Lazar. Stan gets top reviews from everyone in the UFO field. His interviews are all over the internet and he firmly believed in and researched the Roswell incident meticulously. He was curious about Lazar and fact-checked his story and reported what he found. Period. The Bob Lazar story is one of those things that keeps a lot of people wondering about what really happened. Every gal and every guy wants it to be true; all people who believe in UFOs want to believe Lazar and in Area 51. Personally, when I hear someone I know lie about something and I catch them at it, from that moment on I can never trust that person no matter how close I was to him or her. Lazar lied about an MIT masters degree in Physics. It's too easy to say the CIA erased his files. But who knows for sure? From what I hear, Edward Snowden didn't become a senior analyst. He was in his early twenties and doing ordinary work of someone of his qualification. The deal was that at that time the NSA was such a loose organisation that low-level operatives like Snowden could access and download company secrets. Moreover, no matter how nice Snowden comes across on his interviews, like Lazar, the moment someone like him who admitted stealing US Government secrets and then giving state secrets to the Russians (his country's adversary) I can and never will be able to believe anything that he says. But that's what I've picked up on various YouTube chanels. Here is my work if you're interested: I'm an artist. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iefz3iCxPlI
