  1. The plain truth of the matter is that Lex Fridman is right; the reality is that we live in a capitalist system that often operates with profits being the main goal. People who make money from other peoples' work are only following the instruction manuel of the capitalist economic system. Lex is right; but until what's running under the floor boards is replaced with a new transmission and a new motor, things like scientific articles will remain behind pay walls.
