  1. I believe we are on the verge of creating a new life form with the AI inspired technology both of you are so familiar with. This is only my idea of how things will evolve, and I’m not involved in AI myself. What I think will happen is that we will indeed create ‘cells’ that are ‘alive’ in a sense that relates to their components. Try to think of it as nuts and bolts and silicon and transistors that, when configured correctly, in nano technology, become able to self-replicate. When this happens, decades later an entity will have been created that might even resemble a human being, but it will inherently always have a synthetic reality system and synthetic consciousness that may resemble humans, but will be foreign to us as we come from a biological life-source, and theirs will be a constructed life-source from nuts and bolts. Blood is our fuel, and AI inspired creatures will run on electricity probably generated by their movements. So; in conclusion I believe our race will bifurcate into these two realms: Blood-humans and digital-synthetic humans.
