  1. We have to acknowledge that of course life exists elsewhere and that other civilizations have probably seeded the earth. Why they don't show themselves is obvious; imagine if they come down and meet our leaders and for a goodwill gesture give us the cure for, say, cancer.... It would turn our civilization upside down. A civilization of a thousand years in front of us would have conquered the effect of religion. Our world would fall apart from an implosion within if some other cyclization came here and showed that there was not a son of God or a God.
