There's a third element that makes for good conversation and move over Rogan--Lex Fridman is king of the mic-o-talkers on this one. Quality questions equal quality conversation. Lex Fridman not only crafts his sentences to let the interviewee, as in this case with Rob Reid, bring out the best of himself in his own words, but he asks questions that cause the interviewee to go deeper in their minds and further in their intellectual gold-mind, than they've ever gone before and thus giving us the listening and viewing public star-studded answers to panorama of subjects being discussed at any given time. The Rob Reid, Lex Fridman interview is proof-positive of how quality conversation is rooted in quality questions.

@theresa_lili That's very sweet of you. Actually, I'd like to say that my book The Treatise of Teknomix which was published 6 months ago would be an excellent starter. It's a layperson's idea of an economic system to replace capitalism. I know I wouldn't be up to the level of most of Lex's guests, but I'd sure like to discuss my idea with him one day.

@theresa_lili I thought that might seem a bit over the top to send him a book, but I'll do it: I'd like to see what happens. Thanks for the idea and if it works, maybe we'll be able to do an interview Lex. Most of all I'd like to have feedback on what he thinks of my economic system. Is it really something that could replace the aging workhorse capitalism has become?
