  1. Isn't the way our lives are set up, the way our minds function, and how uncertain the future is, make our purpose in life to make it through the day in the best way we possibly can? And when the day is over and you're ready to hit the weeds, if you can say to yourself "I'm happy with my life": Isn't that what the purpose of life is? I mean it's the only thing we know for sure.
