Lex, I’ll say one more thing. Briefly, I have recently published my first book. It was a lot of work. Now, my best friend won’t even talk to me or when I see him on the street he just walks by. Other ‘friends’ say that they read a few pages on the internet. Only one friend in all of the people I know asked me for a signed copy. It’s like I have suddenly become someone who is repulsive to the very people I used to party with. I know now see that I was okay as a friend if I didn’t do anything different than them, but the minute you look more intelligent, it’s like you’ve got the plague! People are strange when you're not playing the same game as they are... C'est la vie !

Be proud you have a Ph.D Lex. The only people who would mock you are the 3-year degrees walking around. What or who are 3-year degrees? They are the people who gave up and quit finishing their bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate. Whenever these people are in front of people who went the extra mile and finished their education, it makes them uneasy. But what you can say to them is that they can always go back and try again! You're an inspiration to the human family. Keep up the good work!
