In 1963 Bobby Baker and Billy Estes were about to sing like canaries if they got jail time unless Vice-President Johnson could use the DOJ to give them their walking papers and have his criminal background disappear. But he would need to be president, wouldn't he? Experts like you, Sam, and others on the four corners of the globe all have their own version of the facts, but from what I have read and heard that is why JFK never made it to re-election. Trump will be over his 91 legal bumps (indictments) if he wins and he'll be able to use the DOJ. And: you can bet that former AG Barr will write another 17-page letter propositioning for the coveted post in Trump's second Administration. I make no bones about it when I say I am only offering an opinion, but to me Trump is back on the stump and not running for President to make America Great again; he's running to make himself safe again.
