  1. Lex, you have given the world a peek inside a lot of talking heads and we're the better for it! My take on Tucker Carlson's trip to Russia was that it showed ordinary Russians that Americans like them. I know this sounds funny, but Russians are feeling the heat across the world because of Ukraine and the war, so someone like Carlson interviewing President Putin, buzzing around Moscow showed Russians that there is goodwill between Americans and Russians. It was symbolic and as the Russian people live in a society with limited access to international news, Tucker's visit made people see that America does not want war with Russia. I really believe it was a seen as a peaceful visit and it couldn't have come at a better time. Also; President Putin was viewed by the entire world and it does not matter the questions that were asked him, what matters is that we got a chance to see inside his mind and what makes him tick and where things are in his vision of things at this moment.
