  1. You do a great job and explain things clearly. You have spots on your face and neck that can be safely removed at a dermatologists. It's worth doing because two spots that I decided to have removed turned out to be cancerous, if a girlfriend hadn't complained, I might have had some problems later. Don't forget: spots only get bigger and then they are harder to remove.
